Flat die pelletisers

The Flat Die Pelletisers Extrude feed trough a flat round die. The rollers rotate at a lower speed than its Ring die counterpart. These machines have a larger inlet which is gravity fed. The machines are known to perform better when pelleting difficult materials. Such as product with a higher molasses or very sticky content. The machines can also be easily fed by hand and are not too sensitive to overloading.
